On the planning section of the Vale of White Horse District Council website, I note that an application has been received for a formal EIA screening option relating to development proposals for 130 dwellings on land at Monk's Farm in Grove. There are apparently 3.98 hectares of land, which (as shown by the photos above) are bordered by North Drive and Station Road.
