Dreaming spires of Oxford in the snow from the top of the new Westgate Centre at the end of 2017 where we can have a beautiful view over the whole city. I should like to take this opportunity of wishing everyone a happy and healthy New Year 2018 and very much looking forward to completing my year as Chairman of Oxfordshire County Council in May.
