Having watched the switching on of these pretty Christmas tree lights outside County Hall by Oxford schoolchildren earlier this month, it is now Christmas Day at long last. It therefore remains for me to wish all my readers a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year in 2008.Tuesday 25 December 2007
